We will not release any data of any kind from a customer's database(s) without that customer's specific written permission. All information (both internal and customer-specific) is restricted to need-to-know access. We are a security company who treats data security as seriously as community security. We keep everything secret unless compelled by law enforcement to comply with a judge's explicit orders to release specific information. Customers would be informed and their written permission sought before we would comply with such legal claims. All customer-specific data remains the property of the customer.
